One weekend it's your turn to sleep in the next his. Or like you said he gets one day you get one day. My husband and I took turns with everything. Bath, diapers, feedings, you name it. We both worked out side of the home. Personally I think the person stuck at home has it harder. Not hormonal but for sure on your side on this one. :-) If you are both working you should take turns. One weekend it’s your turn to sleep in the next his. Or like you said he gets one day you get one day.

On weekends I stay up later and we both wake up when our daughter does. Sometimes he's really tired and wants to sleep in so I let him (I'm eager to spend time with our daughter since I work so much, so it's not a big deal- and doesn't happen all that often) and my limit for his sleeping in is about 10a.m. He also is known to nap when she does in the afternoon from time to time- which, for his own good, I've forbidden him from telling me about.
