From the Editor's Desk
Greetings from an office! With a desk! And a computer! And coworkers! Everything's still in disarray (albeit neatly labeled disarray; everything I own has a post-it with my name on it), but it's still good to be back in the world of the living, the world of the working, the world of the tailless, upright-walking pants-wearers.
(On the subject of working...my latest article is up on Work It, Mom!, and I paid a whole dollar for the accompanying stock photo, so go show me some love, eh?)
Nothing much else to report. My back hurts. My calves are swollen. I'm hungry. And how are YOU?

How am I? I think I pulled my butt cheek muscles. If that's even possible. Yet another reason to boycot running.
so what's the stock photo - the lady holding the brain, the a-b-c baby bottle, or the attractive smiling model with her head cocked at a jaunty angle?. . .
Love your new column...being pregnant in the workplace is pretty much all I can think about lately.
Oh, and burritos. Lots of thinking about burritos.
My hard drive went kaboom in the middle of a zillion actual work projects I needed to finish yesterday. It was pretty sweet. And today I'm stealing someone else's computer
I'm feeling larger than life and am considering making one of those paper chains to count down the last 29 days of my pregnancy. October couldn't come soon enough.
Once he's born, I bet he's not gonna want to wear pants.
