Check In
My plan was to upload some pictures from our first day (which lasted thirty-six hours; forty-eight if you count between showers), but since I've cleared my camera card to a computer that doesn't have Internet access and I don't have all that much time anyway, since we leave Oxford for Welford in a matter of hours, here are just a few words to say that we're here and having a great time with lots of family and friends, if you don't count the GI distress that had one of us puking in the backyard this morning after a breakfast of wild mushrooms gathered in the woods. Jeepers.

Oh, that's great. Hope the fun continues into Welford and other "fords".
BTW, I emailed you my address in hopes of being added to the postcard list. Did you get it?
Can't wait to hear more!
Which one of you? Either way, ew. Have a lovely weekend, I am hoping this stupid rain belt clears soon!
that first day is the worst. so exhausting.
enjoy!
Can't wait to hear more. Hope it improves after the, errr, intestinal woes.
Didn't your momma tell you not to eat things that were gathered in the woods? Hope things continue to go well and that the gastronomic gods are now smiling upon you both.
I'm going through withdrawal.
Shrooms for breakfast?
You ARE having a blast...little adventurous for me though. I always prefer to have a good cup of coffee and some toast before starting on the drugs.
Woot! Glad you're ok and having fun. :-)
For those of you who care, it was I that ate the fresh (and very tasty) mushrooms. You will hear the story later, and those who are brave enough can see pictures of said mushrooms before AND after.
All is well so far.

Poor Simon. Although I give you a lot of credit for taking the reins to be The Sick Person On Vacation. Usually, that person is me.
And Leah, I am waiting for pictures of the hat. Waiting patiently. But really, really waiting.
Miss you. Checking for updates loyally every hour. :)
