Home Alone
Simon is leaving me alone this weekend for a little No Girlz Allowed ski trip. From Friday night to Sunday afternoon, I'll be sans car and hence unable to accomplish practical tasks like go to Target and Trader Joe's and feed Stan, so that means I'm going to fill my time with 400 minutes of Italian drama and pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've already eaten the last of the doughnuts (Simon: it was raspberry!) and I've already shellshocked my poor pretty kitty by taking flash photos of her from six inches away.
Tonight after we eat our pizza, we'll put on bunny slippers, whip up a cleansing facial mask, and polish or lick our fingernails, respectively.
We'll pluck our eyebrows and nose hairs and wax our moustaches, all in preparation of having someone to kiss on the mouth come Sunday.
Poopy! Matthew & his dad are going away for 3 nights in a few weeks for work, and I'm already sad :)

This weekend, I have to sit down with Jesus of Nazareth for a 6 hour marathon for some research I'm doing for a prof... I find that those super long movies... it's excruciating... but you start to feel close to the characters by the end... weird intimacy.
