Christmas Is for Babies

I hope those of you who are celebrating today have a good time of it. And for those of you who aren't, have a lovely weekend anyway! Here are some pictures from Christmas Eve, featuring my cousin's baby (previously seen here and here and here).

She got 95 percent of the presents last night and we spent the entire evening watching her play with all of her stuff. I gave her a "Band in a Bucket," which included a tambourine, spoons, egg shakers, a harmonica, a kazoo, and a "rhythm fish" (a wood block and mallet). "Thanks a lot," her parents told me with their fingers in their ears.

Okay, I guess it's still you. Darn.

Note to Simon: He totally got it. And my dad said, "A frying pan?!" just like I told you he would! Very very funny. Good call.
