Isabella Paris, born last weekend to my cousin Tavia and her husband, Mark.

How many babies do you know who can comb a sassy side-part into their golden locks after just a few days outside the womb?

If the rest of the family's any indication of her life to come (and, oh, I think it is), this kid's in for a really fun ride, full of books and dolls and fairies and pets and Shakespeare and Utah Jazz games and world travel and cross-stitching and scrapbooking and cooking and playing word games and singing silly songs...
